To those of you that have shipped front and rear plastics, How did you package them and how much was it to ship?

The fronts have the race cut and the rear is stock.

We ship them in a fitting box and its usually around $35-$40 via UPS

Yep, UPS $35 to $40. The box I got them in was oversized. Would have been $130 to ship. I cut the box down to make it just fit and re taped it.

i have shipped them before by wrapping them in bubble wrap and then wrapping them in shrink wrap and sending them that way

What I did is I took the plastic and put one on top of the other in several positions until it was the least mass. I then used the plastic wrap to seal it up (no box)Took it down to USPS and they quoted me $27
