is this helmet cam a good one for recording my trail rideing?

this is the go-pro in hd is this the one everybody is useing on here.

The GoPro HD in my opinion, and a ton of reviews said this as well, is the best camera for $300. Not just as a helmet camera but for taking "normal" videos or pictures. I only made a few race from the time I bought it, but I already love it. I was amazed at the picture on the lowest HD setting, 720P at 30fps (still havnt tried the higher settings) and also how well the sound came in and how little vibration there was. It also looks more appealing than the other cameras and has a ton more mount choices if you ever decide to use it for something else.

Definitely buy it if your on the fence. You won't regret it.
