powder coat question

I am not sure if this has been asked before so please forgive me if it has. My frame is already powder coated, so it would need to be stripped correct? Would this raise the price in anyway since its not a factory finish. Thanks

The price for a frame and sub that is already coated is $25 more then regular pricing. I used to be able to do them at the same cost, but with the rise in cost of stripping (natural gas for the burn off oven) they are charging me $25 more so I have no choice but to pass it on.

Shrink wrap and send it, zip tie'ing the sub frame inside the main frame
