Is there any places to ride w/n 50 miles of Fort Bragg, NC?

I'm looking for more of trail riding than anything.

You used to be able to ride back in Area J without much hassle but that was before they started crying about the woodpeckers. Had some decent climbs and a little track to play on but pretty limited as far as trails. There was also a track out near Raeford if I remember correctly, although I'm not sure if there was any riding other than the track.

In Laurinburg, there's a place called "Outback ATV". 700 acre park. Pretty nice place, but last time I was there (~1 year ago), there were no jumps or anything of the sort. Quite a few woods trails, some wide open riding areas, and a couple places to play in the mud if that's your thing.

Most of the place is pretty dry (EXTREMELY dry compared to busco) even after hard rains.

did you ride a sport quad through Uwharrie or a 4x4? heard it`s pretty rough on a sport quad.

took my 400 but they usualy re-do it in the first of the year so if you ride early in the year ia insnt as bad. but yea it can get rough on any quad imo.
