its easy when the plastic is on the bike u just drill a 1 inch hole where you want it use a box cutter to notch out that spot so the ignition wont spin. then i ran a pipe clamp up the wire on the inside of the plastic to hold the ignition in place and to the plastic

I built mine... will have pics soon, new plastic,426 bored by advanced sleeve, HD studs gt thunder, stage 2 hotcam, list goes on and on!!!cant wait too see finaly done soon!!

i did mine along with my buddy that did the motor
je 416 piston
crf450 timing chain
stage 2 hot cam
gt thunder head studs
new valves and springs
full hmf exhaust
um oversized oil tank
flexx bars
alba steering stabilizer
moose clutch lever
450 front shocks resprung/revalved
rear resprung/revalved shock with GT thunder link
full skids
gncc 2 front bumper
itp front, Douglas rear rims all on gncc tires
250r hood
kill switch
AC nerf bars
prob more but thats just off the top of my head........

yeah, very nice just gotta get rid of them lights...so i can buy them:D :D and when my bike is complete im going too post it. it should be really nice...I hope

keep the updates comin guys I cant wait too have mine done nxt week ill show pics! Mine was red and here it is stock... and some of the work but not all of it. I will show my new 426ex when im done with the change over...its gonna be yellow and sexyy!:devil: :devil:

haha sorry guys didnt look at this thread for a couple days, I ended up painting it myself no PC

And ya haha it was the first thing i thought of so that became my stand, i got something a little more sturdy now.
