Any one put a crf150r fcr on a raptor 250?? I have one just looking for some tips to get it bolted on. I have heard of some apaptors similar to the 04/05 trx450 ones that will make the carb bolt up to the air boot. Any help would be great, Thanks

Get some 1 1/2 gas filler hose for your intake. You need to space up your tank about 1/2 inch. Then buy a Honda 450 throttle cable or a yfz 450 throttle cable. Where the clutch cable hooks into the mount on the engine needs to be bent down a little to clear bottom of carb. Mount up carb and if your running an aftermarket airbox go to your local parts house to match up a hose to fit airbox from carb" Note this area is the tight due to the shock mount so think about the angle you need to make the job work. If running stock airbox I think it fits the 32FCR. Good luck

It wasn't quite that simple we cut part of the carb of the linkage side to try to clear the tank and heated up the bottom of the tank and pushed it in for clearance. We run the stock air box so we made a custom adapter for the back of the carb. The carb works very well we also had to put a nylon push rivet on the plastics under the front of the seat on both sides where the front and the back meet to keep the plastics together, they kept coming apart.

Have mine apart right now to do some engine mods. Quadad 77 is your best bet for a pic right now.
