Looking to jet my carb just wondering if there is a best jet kit or even a difference from kit to kit. I have been mainly looking at DynoJet Jet kits but just curious about any suggestions on different kits. Also do i need to jet it after every upgrade i put on the quad or just major ones such as exhaust.

(Just so i don't get yelled at for not looking up other threads on this subject the search won't let me do words that are less than 4 letters.)
Thanks for the help

what do you want to do with it? that is the first question to ask though.

First off i don't have an attitude, i didn't understand what he ment and i wasn't trying to be smart when i said i wanted it just to run better. I was hoping he would clarify his question so that i could respond properly.
So instead of running around starting stuff on threads why don't you just read them and add helpful information if you have it. Thank you

And Steve if i came off with an attitude answering your post i didn't mean to, i just didn't understand the question or know how to respond to it so i asked what you ment.

On the Jets R US jetting kit what is the difference between the Keihin Jets and the OEM equivalent? Also which one come in the jet kit they sell? the extra 42 pilot jet should i get the OEM or Keihin?

imo there really is no difference in either jet. they are numbered the same so that is no worry there. I would get the cheaper one of the two and use them. if you have a dealer for yamaha or honda close it may be just as easy to pick up the jets you need instead of getting the kit. also look at the kit and find out which ones arent in there and get a couple of them too. steve

By the ones that arn't in there you mean main jets right? Is the only pilot jet I should get is the 42?
It comes with jets: 152, 155, 158, 160, 162, 165, 170, 175, 180
I guess no pilot jets come with it.

yeah the ones that arent in the kit. you should just need the 42 pilot and thats all. none of the kits have the pilots in them.

get a 168, 172, and a 178 then you should be set for jets up till a 416 at least. 426s may take a bit over a 180 but most dont.
