That i dont know lol

it doesnt look like they have heim joints like the full flight ones

they arent lonestars since they are an A style that is straight

i would guess from the pictures that they may be burgard ones but i really dont have any real idea. just a guess from seeing their extended arms on their site. Theirs have adjustable ends to do caster and such too though and i cant tell if yours have that from the pictures.

They could be something along the lines of moose who knows lol.

check out NAPA i beleive 78 volkswagon.. no joke my buddie just made me feel like an idiot when he rebuilt his front end for half what i paid. i know it depends on the a-arm but another buddy with a different brand a arm used the same one. worked like a champ. i guess now we`ll just see who`s lasts longer.

My guess would be burgard.they look very similar to the ones I have. Are the ball joints you have to big?If so check these one out http://www.appletreeauto.com/bj-tie-rod-end-right-outer-c-279-p-1-pr-1223.html

These were the ones I was told to buy for the burgard arms. Here is a picture of mine, they do look very similar to yours.

yes the new ball joints from lonestar are too big for my arms .. the shaft that threads into the arms its self if slightly larger in diameter then the ones i need .. and the dirt bike place i ordered these ball joints through said im stuck with them .. they dont send special order products back to the company they ordered them from so ive gotta brand new set of lonestar ball joints that i paid 135$ for that are completly useless so i was hoping someone here might want or need them and might have what i need so we can trade or whatever

Sounds like you have 16mm and need 14mm if I recall correctly early burgard and some laeger used them so I would guess by the pics they are burgard. I may have a set of balljoints but I'll have to check.

You need 14mm shank ball joints. They were VW Transporter (and maybe beetle also?) tie rod ends. You can get them from an auto supplier like riotact did (that's a good priceor JB Racing sells them with with a coating to prevent surface rust for $20 apiece.

ok this is the result i came up with today ... went to a local speed shop called fly racing .. the only thing they gave me to do is to reem out the holes in my a arms and use the ball joints i have and just lock them in place with a nut on each side .. not sure if i want to do this but itll save me money and the hassle of trying to re sell these things .. i cant afford to take it as a lose . 135$ to me is a good chunk of change so to just turn around and say i got screwed is out of the question .. i need to find a way to work with these some how so i can get my wheeler back up and running asap ! cant handle walking past her every day and not being able to ride her .. having my wheeler broke down is like my girl having her period ... no fun at all .. sorry if thats offensive to any females here .. but yea thats my only option so far ... heres some specs on the ball joints i have .. shat that goes into the spindle is 12 x 1.25 shaft that goes into arms is 16x 1.25 the bottom arms are thread in the top arms are slide through .. is it ncessary to keep the thread in part on the bottom or can i just drill it out slap 2 nuts on to lock it in place with some thread locker n call it a day .. whats your opinions on this idead ... thanks !

if you go from 16mm from 14mm you are going to thin down your metal. i would say they are the size they are for a reason. thinner metal is going to be weaker, and more chance for breakage. i have been on the losing end of a broken balljoint, not much fun. this is just my $.02 i hate to see you get hurt over $135.

do not drill them out. your risking a broken neck over 135. buy the ones that are ment for it. i just wont ever deal with burguard because of a rear break line that took me two months of calling every couple days, and threatening to file a complaint with the better business bureau as wel as the credit card company to get.
