what are the measurements of the quad height supposed to be? for say a 250r...long travel no link? at the footpeg and whereever else u should measure it?

For MX, a good starting point for ride height would be 7 inches in the rear (at footpegs) and anywhere from 7 to 7.5 in the front (behind lower rear a-arm mount). for XC and desert, a little higher, for TT, a little lower.
