Awesome! I just picked up another project ('00 CR125 that needs a bottom & top end rebuild for $400) and the guy had a Pilot sitting at the back of his garage! He bought it new and has only put like 15 hours on it, the thing is spotless.

I know!! I was like there is no way this thing will run for $350, but then he brought it and i was just like heres the money now leave before you change your mind hahah

gahhh that is crazy!!! ive been looking for a pilot, and if i found one, it put 15 hours on it in a week hah

yeah for sure man! They are insane.... would love to even just take one for a rip for 5 minutes. I can find plenty of them for sale.... but I just don't have like $9000 to spend on one!

haha i know!!! i found a fl350 in alabama for $1500...a nice one too!!

and i found a pilot for $5000 in mint condition

but the problem is i dont have 1500 much less 5000 hah

Yeah, same with me haha. I'd love to get any odyssey... problem is that they are REALLY tough to import into Canada, and the few that are currently here are way overpriced.

I really want one of those, would be awesome riding it in the sand pits I go to.

Even cooler was what I saw for sale for awhile on craigslist. Some guy had built a offroad/sandrail type vehicle that was totally street legal and registered! It had a chevy 350 engine and a 4 speed and it was NICE. Too bad I didnt have 6k for it lol.

my plan is to get an old not running fl350 and put a liquid cooled snowmobile engine on it

i found an engine for $150 yesterday already mounted to an odyssey rearend, but when i called, of course, he had already sold it :( :( :(
