As u all know i have a 410cc mx banshee and i may trade it for a 395ex with about 15k into it my bike also has that much in it. that reason i want to trade is cuse the banshee is to heavy for mx. I do good on it but i have moved up to c class and the bike are getting faster and no matter how much i practices there faster cuse of the bikes they got.and another reason i want to trade is cuse i want a 4 stroke . The guys says that it will beat a modded 440ex a 416 and stuff like that and said it will hang with a modded are he is a national rider so . what should i do?

a 395ex will not beat a 416+ bore machine;) and if it can you should hear a tick tick sound if you put your head next to the motor.;) Get a 400ex and mod it and you will be much better off. jmo.

i have seen it beat a 440ex + riders but thats just the thing no one will trade a 416 for a banshee i`ve been try forever

well if you remember chris 250x starkracing was his s/n he said his will hang with a modded 440ex its down at the bottom where he says it. but if thats a fully modded 395 that should be right beside a 440ex if not beating it. http://exriders.com/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=7387&perpage=15&pagenumber=1

it wouldnt be a bad trade, but make sure everything is in good condition and ask him when the last time the engine was rebuilt and how many times he changes his oil and oil filter, last time he vavled his shocks, make sure there is no cracks in the frame, i have been noticing that swingarms crack pretty easy on them, i have cracked 2 swingarms so far on mine.

well does it have extended a-arms widened axle? and some aftermarker shocks? well if so it would do pretty good on the track mine handles great with the +2 a-arms and +4 axle. But i cant tell you how well it will do on the track you will have to ride it yourself, its kinda more or less how will can u ride.
