FL registration require title?

Ok guys the next door neighbor is looking to trade me his drz110 + $200-$300 for my cr85. Im good with the deal, especially since ive been getting into the mini bike after my crash. (already accumulated 3) Anyways he is looking to trail ride it at the ocala national forest. I dont have the title. DO i need one to the get it registered? And if i do can i get a title ?

i know with a quad in florida you hav to hav a title to registerit if its newer than 03. i hav a 02 400ex and i got a title with a bill of sale. at first the lady at the dmv didnt want to do it but luckly the guy next to her knew the rules so you might want to call first before you walk in and get denied

i heard all you need is a bill of sale and you just go to the DMV to get a Title
