What air filter is better? Uni, Twin Air, or K&N? I have a K&N now and I like it but was wanting something cheaper but still helps alot and maybe adds hp. Which one would do the trick?

I used to run a K&N but I didn't feel safe with it so I changed over to a UNI...

I would stick with foam myself. I used to run a K&N and now I am running the stock until I get a new one. I believe the UNI and Sparks are the same. I am going to get a No Toil or UNI.

i run an outerwear and i still see small particles on the inside. i am thinking on getting a foam instead. so what would be the best with the best hp put out.

UNI only way to go.

Keep it clean and freshly oiled for best flow.

I clean mine 2 or 3 times with Simple Green let it dry for 24 hours
(always rinse from the inside of the filter to the outside so you are washing particles OUT of the filter not further IN.

Then ad the UNI filter oil, make sure its spread out evenly and on there pretty thick.
I let it sit for a few more hours before it goes back in the airbox just to let the excess run off instead f gunking up the bottom of the box.

Im converting over to UNI..Dont get me wrong the KN is a excellent filter just sorta a hastle to need the charge kit just to clean it,unlike the UNI
