is it worth gusseting the 400ex frame ??

Depends on what you will be doing with it? MX, XC, Dunes, or just play riding? if its just the occasional riding then no don't do it, it is also un-neccesary in the dunes. If you ride hard and bottom out a-lot and other things, gusseting the frame is a must!!

i think im just gonna do it because it is easy to do and i wanna FLY 30 FEET IN THE AIR !!!! lol

those frames are prone to break if you ride hard ,friend broke his just trail riding no wrecks itsprety easy if you weld or have friend that does heres my Z400 i did.you can see the gusset on bottom(has Z on it) and on frame at top of shock mount.theres more but you cant see them.
