01 raptor 660 chattering

i have a chance to get a 660 raptor for cheap but it chatters in second gear is this a big expensive problem or what do u think

'01 Raptors had a notorius problem with transmissions grenading. I think it had something to do with shift forks or something. They fixed the problem on the '02's. I had an '02 and had no problems with it. Definitely have the tranny looked at
