the question u have to ask urself is do u want to trade ur fairly new quad for a 16 or so year old quad... you have to find the right 250r to do it... if not u'll constantly be fixing it and it will be a money pot...
also u have to look at it in $ wise... 400ex parts are way cheaper then a 250r...
not neceserially, if ya think about the 16 yr. old wuads or w/e are spanking 400ex's daily 1/2 the time. It's just you need more knowledge for the 250r and need to keep more of an eye on things, and have a good 250r to start wiht..

not nec that way either;) you could be inheriting someones 16 year old rigged up ride... you just have to look b4 u buy and know what ur buyin... and a 400ex is alot more complicated then a 250r... 2strokes are easy to rip down... 4 strokes got way more parts on them and alot more that can go wrong when something does...
exactly, so there are better things on a R and 400ex. they both have there ups and downs...

Thanks man, I wish i could keep it the same, but I got a sponsorship from nac's and I'm going to slap some Nac's red Graphics on there with a trans. red frame and then I have to put my new Misc. stuff I bought on. Maybe another white frame will look better then the trans red?
