just wondering if anyone can give me directions or a link on how to rebuild a stock 400ex rear shock and 450r front shocks. i know mostly how to do it but some details would help. also what do i need to rebuld just seals and oil?
also does anyone know what size piston gives a 416 i have a 440 and i wanna build a 416 but i dunno what size piston i need.

a 2mm overbore makes a 416. 3mm makes a 426. You've got to have nitrogen to recharge the shocks with when you are done. Most shocks run between 150-250psi of nitrogen pressure in them..

Just making sure you know that you will either need a new jug or get your cylinder re-sleeved to the stock size then bored and honed to the correct piston size for the 416.
