no compression ..

when i kick my 250x over it has no compression however when i have the choke on it starts first time veertime but when im riding it , it has a bog in each gear what could be the problem.. ? oh and if i got a 280kit would i have to buy an oil cooler and could i beat a stock and a piped 400ex ??

do you turn the choke off when you ride? Otherwise you might want to clean out the carb. If you think it has not compression have it compression tested. I don't know off the top of my head what the numbers should be but as long as it doesn't lose the psi, it's ok.
