So from what I understand if a video is uploaded to youtube with music in it, the music will be removed unless written permission from the record label is acquired....They want you to pick music for your video from "Audioswap" which there is hardly any good music in there. What I dont get is how come I see so many video's with music in it that cannot be found in audioswap? And dont tell me these people got permission from the record company because alot of them are videos that I doubt any record label would let someone use their music on....Like this one for example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_o6czRi250w

This guy has bullet for my valentine on his video, but bullet for my valentine cannot be found in youtubes audioswap library....How come youtube hasnt removed it? It even has the link to download the song from itunes or amazon?? Could someone please explain this to me?

Well you have to realize that there millions of videos with music so it will take some time to remove it all. And it may be that only new videos will be sensord. If this is true then what if you make a mix of music? That would not be a copy right infringement as long as you only use parts of a song. Furthermore how are they going to determine if it’s a published or a privet recording of a song you rote yourself?

Here is the solution if you want to "protest" what youtube does. Its kind of ironic that a youtube video has the solution :D
