Need Buying ADVICE on used 450r QUICK

What you think I could get for it parted out ? I am truly looking for a quad for the fiance and that thing would be a beast for her even tho she handled a 400ex good its still no kicker 450r , maybe buy this part it or swap?

you could always part out the aftermarket stuff and take it down to stock the houser and elka alone could prolly get you 1300

all you should really worry about right now, is BUY IT.
i bought an 05 2 months ago, no tires, no nerfs, stock suspension, all it had was pro taper bars and full hmf exhaust, PLUS the right side case was cracked alittle so it leaks oil slowly. i paid $2900, he was asking $3500.
but then again, around here, bone stock 450s go for around $4000 +

wow u got railed. i sold my 06 model that was 2 years old back in 08 for 3200 bucks and i had ac pro peg nerfs, ac bumper, white brothers carbon pro 2 exhaust, dmp graphics kit, shock covers, extra set of back tires, k&n filter with outterwear, plus i had the hrc kit as well boy i sure do miss my 450r. i dont think it even had anymore then maybe 25 hours on it

here is a pic of it. in the pics it had the stocker but thats the way i sold it right as it sits in the pics with the wb carbon pro 2 on it tho

I went and looked at that bike. It's pretty out of shape. Theres alot of rust on the frame, a couple cracks, some of the threads were messed up so he drilled them out and used a nut and bolt. The price is not bad but I didn't buy it because I didn't want to get something I would have to work on.

Hey thanks for the heads up , the rust i could deal with , that being a honda frame they rust easy but the rest nah Ill pass on it , sounds like its been grounded and pounded

It amazes me someone puts that kind of $$$ into a bike and they dont take care of it , probably parents $$$ anyways

thanks i kick myself in the arse every day for selling it. arround here nobody was riding anymore and it was a pita tryin to even get somebody to ride. then after i sell it everybody i know started buying up quads and started riding. and they all bragged about how fast their shyt is. but they never got to run up against my R. guys out here with the polaris outlaws and the raptor 700s and i know my R woulda ran all them in the ground because i watched a bone stock trx 450r stay 1 quad length behind a 525 outlaw and bone stock the R is really corked up

nah not at the moment. i got a baby on the way. so no more play toys for me for a while. if i do buy a quad im going to buy a nice utilty. then later on possibly a brand new 450r if honda ever releases them
