Apex continues to put the DRR to shame straight out of the box, stock versus stock! Come on DRR, step up your game.

Changes on the 2011 Apex:

Upper A-arms have Heim Joints with camber/castor adjustment

Swing Arm has a chain slider instead of chain tensioner

And despite that the DRR remains the more popular machine....

Welcome to the racing world. If I'd hang a bag of crap off the rear grabbar and Logan would win a race. Everyone else would have a bag of crap attached to their grabbar.
:p
I know ppl have complained about the customer service at Apex BUT I say so what. I've had Logan on a DRR since 2002 and can tell you I've never "needed" DRR for customer support. Everything is handled through the dealers anyhow. Pick the right dealer.

LOL..........................I knew that would stir things up. One point you can't argue is stock for stock DRR can't beat it. The add-ons the dealers do isn't what I call out of the box stock like Apex. Let's face it, what's fastest at the track is not DRR or APEX, you might as well call them 2-Fast, Polini, Malossi, etc........... But take them out of the crate from Taiwan, put them side by side, then tell me who has the best equipment.

peace out brother..............

as I have always said about Apex, I hate the company but love the Quad. As far as service goes you are right, we dont deal with Apex but other companies like Max RPM, etc.

I heard Apex has taken money from several dealers and never delivered of course the dealers are going to push DRRs. According to my freind Apex than resold the Quad to a racer, Talks about making money ooohh baby!

Stock for stock only means somthing in the stock classes. And up in the northeast we only have one stock class and that the 50 limitted. So up here nowone really care who makes a better stock machine.
