just a question didnt know how they where for XC. i mostly see them on MX bikes. does XC wear them out to fast and how long to they hold there air? thanks

XC doesn't wear them out any quicker. They hold air for a long time. I'd go weeks without checking it and it would stay the same.

Lots of people use them. Just like any shock, if they are setup correctly they work well.
