brand new never had fuel in it....but i tried to mount it and my stem was not tall enough so there is a small scratch in the tank behind thee bars. comes with hardware and new gas cap. this thing is so huge it replaces the top cover and both side covers. i want 100 dollars plus shipping i have it boxed up and ready to ship, im est the shipping to be between 20 and 35 bucks depending on where you live. im in va area code 22546 if u want to check, i ship thru ups
