ltz 400 skid plate

i have a ltz400 skid plate i think, at least it was on the quad when i got it. The problem was when i got this 4 wheeler it had 2 bolts holding it on and i need hardware but i cant find out what brand this skid plate is to get the hardware???

any suggestion plz
