National level 250r. WTB

As the title says I'm looking for a national level 250r to buy. Something like a full Roll design 250r or something along those lines. Ive seen the 2 roll frames on ebay and thought maybe build one, but that guy wants almost $5000 each. Let me know what you have or maybe you know where theres one forsale??
