tranny messing up a little

when shifting under load it will hit false neutral or go up a gear then jump back down ..

what is exactly getting worn.. is it the gears or forks or ???

most likely its the gears, the dogs wear out and get rounded causing the tranny to not engage esp under power... If you are putting a tranny in it, look at Moto-Xperts for their tranny mod, they cut the gears to promote better engagement

any guess on what this set of gears runs.. I have changed them befor but just took them out of my other dead engine and put them in. so I will do the install.
last time I lost 4th and 5th gears

depends how many gears are bad, a complete set of gears will run around 6-700 retail usually
