Hows it going guys. Havent posted here in a while due to being at school and not racing. Well I am trying to come out of retirement this upcoming weekend, but when I looked at my quad (been sitting for about 6 months. I have rust on practically every bolt head on the frame near the engine. What can i do to clean these up? Also, behind my shock cross overs is also very rusty. Any quick remedies for this?

Thanks guys

C.L.R. and a scotch brite pad should cut right through it and rinse it all away..

hmmm, the CLR sounds like a great idea. The bench grinder would prob work, but I dont have one lol. I will give the CLR a shot. Just scrub? What about just dropping the bolts into a container full of CLR?

CLR is an acid, and I would be leary of submerging the bolts in it for anytime. I would dilute it will water, and let the scotch pad do most of the work.
