It's time to get some new pads. I was wondering what experience you guys had with various brake pad brands.

Rockymountainatv has got a few options. The EBC's are twice as expensive as the Tusk pads. But there are also some off-brands on closeout at the moment. I'm just looking for some input on what you guys use and any suggestions you might have.

when it comes to pads you get what you pay for. my vote always goes to EBC Severe duty for any non racing application. The racing sintered stuff is nice also imo. just my .02 though, steve

get the cheap ones.

these pads don't last long enough to invest in something good anyway.

i bought cheap pads on ebay and i've replaced them all the way around and they're holding up fine.

you can get some good deals on ebay thats for sure. I have had my SVs last over 3 yrs now and still have over half left. i ride alot of sand and mud too. I used to go through a set a summer before i switched to them. although you can get 3 full sets on ebay for the price of one. steve
