I've got the lexx slip on.

I was wondering if anybody knows if this header will hook up to my slip on? I assume that since they sell seperately with just the header that it will.

i figured if my lexx fits on the stock header than this fmf is probably the same dimension on the end.

let me know if anybody has any experience mixing slip-ons with this header. Also, are there good performance gains or should i save my money.

basically, i don't wanna go buy a full system since i already have the slip on, i figure a header is all i need.

it should work for you. people use the powerbomb with white brothers, yosh, and hmf. I have even been considering getting one to run with my 440 that ill be doing in the spring. steve

sweet i'm not in a hurry i just wondered if it would hookup. Sometime in this next year i'm going to order a header pipe. Time to open it up some.

Yes the powerbomb header will work with any slip on exhaust.

awesome, hopefully i'll get some horsepower gains. Right now i'm running a 152 main. any ideas as to what i'll need to go up to when i put the header on?

will i have to adjust my 40 pilot and my needle setting?

my rec will be about a 158-160 with just the addition of the header. I would leave the needle alone to start and go to around 3.5 turns out and see how it runs there. just an educated guess though for future reference. lol steve

i'm at 3 turns right now.

do you think after i ad the header that i should go IN a half turn to 2 and 1/2.

won't that make it more lean that it is right now without the header?

right now with my slip on and air filter i'm running a 40 pilot and i'm on the 3rd clip position and i'm 3 turns out on the a/f screw. surely i dont' want to go in a half turn.

nah you will probably have to go to 3.5 turns out with the header. I had thought at the time that you had a 42. after i read your post again i saw you had a 40 and figured it would be ok to start there if needed. lol steve
