Did it again?

So I was riding a little bit today and the quad started to act weird so got back home and checked it out. It had no back pressure but I knew what it was.

My spark plug had popped out again while riding? This is the second time. I don't know why it keeps coming out. I mean its tightened when I put it in there?

threads in the head no good, plug no good, not torqued down enough.

If the actual plug keeps coming out its probably time to pull the head and investigate the threads. They make repair kits using bushings that work very well incase your heads no good. they are sold under sav a thread and made by helicoil. might have to match up the threads as no off shelf kit will be listed probably.

This time when you put the plug in count the revolutions it takes to tighten it then compare with one of us(this is only an experiment to see if you are cross threaded or not tight).

detonation will also cause a spark plug to come loose.
