Hey guys,
I decided that, with a little down time this weekend, I would take the axle out and check the bearings, stc. I noticed that my factory GYTR rear skid plate had been bent and was rubbing the chain. Do you think you should have a skid plate on a groomed dirt track? Is it still just a good idea? Also, we just moved off a 90 DRR and I noticed that the 250 didn't have a chain tensioner like the minis did. Should I have on on there? And another...it looks like my chain needs to be replaced. Do you have a favorite brand? O ring or not?

You can get a chain guide welded on your swinger and wont have any issues. O-Ring chain robs power. I like RK but you will hear many different opinions on a chain. Derek

Can someone send me some pics of the slide welded on and what slide did you use? Thanks

Get a pic from quaddad77, you use a TM designworks slide. What he has a sweet setup.
