Honda 400ex exhaust Q?

Hi you guys, I'm kinda new to the Sport Four-Wheelers. I was wondering what is the best exhaust for the Honda 400ex? I've heard the Curtis sparks exhaust is really good. And I was wondering if the hotcams stage 1 are worth the money? Thanks!

If you want the best increase get a Curtis, otherwise the way to go is with one you like the look/sound of because the increase won't be that much and it's better to enjoy it being there.
