Older Fox podium shocks

After talking with Stacey from fox, we determine these are older model podium fox shocks. They are currently sprung for 150-175 lbs rider.

There is some ware on these shocks but still perform great, as you can see some of the pain on the springs has warn away. Compression is still good, but prob could use a fluid change and nitrogen refresh perhaps next season. They are not blown or leaking but do have some time on them.

These are for a 300ex with LT travel suspension or will fit a 400ex with stand travel suspension. These are 16 1/4" eye to eye.

what does it take and how much would it be for fluid change and nitrogen recharge?

check your local shop, im sure it changes with location

I can get them done around here for 100 for both. Also im not saying they need it now just something to do in the future depending how much your ride.

Im sure some people put enough wear and tear to rebuild their's every couple of months
