I just bought a houser yz426 chassie and i want to get all new hardware for it but i can't find much info on it anywhere. I called houser but they lost the layout and only have the one for the crf450. My main concerns are the hardware around the engine and connecting the motor mounts to the frame. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

well im not exact but send the ebay user allotofquad stuff a e-mail. i know he had a houser quad and a folder full of info on them. im sure that the motor bolts are all from that dealer or make meaning the same bolts that yamaha uses on their bike. as far as like shock mounts bolts and pivot bolts are all off the honda 250r or 400ex or what ever geo chassis you are using.

ok thanks I will try that, ya i checked all the aarm hardware and my 400ex hardware will fit. My biggest concern is the hardware around the motor and swingarm bearings.

if its a yzf try 98/99 yz400 if you measure the pivot bolt diameter I could probably help. If its crf try 400ex

I have a pivot bolt so I'm fine with that. I'm mainly looking for the nuts and bolts that connect the motor mounts to the frame. Also were the motor connects to the frame underneath the motor. Finally the swingarm bearings and on my pivot bolt there is a spacer I'm not sure which side it goes on.

are you building on of these or have a running one? if you building one and i assume its in the ex chassis look up the user ss400ex and look at his builds.

The pivot bolt is a custom houser size. The swingarm bearings for both yzf and crf houser hybrids are 98/99yz400f bearings i believe. The rest of the hardware should match over from the oem models.

Ok, thanks for the help guys. You will be seeing a lot more of this build around after xmas rite now I'm getting all the parts together then I am going to start the build. Now the hardest part is deciding the color scheme to go with.
