Cutting swingarm bolt

Anyone who has cut out their swingarm bolt can you please tell how you did it. is there a certain way to do it or can you just hack into it?

why do that? if its stuck just use a drift pin and a 5lb sledge hammer and knock that baby loose.

I've had to can them before after trying everthing else but its had to do and not hack up some. Uses a dremal with cut off wheels some have used air hack saw.I cut the collars and got new ones.
