I had a similar issue with mine. Even though I had checked the fuses, all looked fine. I got to the point where I just replaced it with a new one and viola, fuel pump primed.

Not sure what the issue was but I just replaced what looked like a perfectly fine fuse with another new one and it fired right up.

You're not getting power to your fuel pump. I'd at least check the electrical system with a multi meter before spending money on a fuel pump. You could have a short in the system or a bad fuse which is easier and much less expensive than a new fuel pump. Check it out first.

I have tested the fuel pump. And it is good. There is a white w/ red stripe wire that I have no power into. It splits into 3 . One goes to the injector, 1 to the ecm, 1 to the pump, and 1to a relay. All the fuses were replaced. And I did a continuity test. It is not a broken wire.

Yes.it. crank over but I'm not getting any power in the white w/ red striped wire. I thought it was the relay. But I swapped it out with the one of the other ones. And nothing changes. So I figure it has to be the ecm or the vehicle down switch.
