Would like your opinion. (not a jetting question hehe)

I thought I would try those grip heaters with the switch (High/Low/Off) for this upcoming winter season; if they work, yay, if not no biggy. I also ordered a set of pillow top (pro-taper) grips and grip glue.

I ordered these as goodies with my new tires and pads coming in the mail soon, but now for the question.

How do you think I should install these? I understand you put your grips over them, but should I use glue, wire, or some other method to hold the grips in place?

I have no idea if these things come with instructions, so I'm asking early. :cool:

I would go the route of gluing the hot pads down seperate then add the grips after the glue is dry. they should come with directions on hookup and you will be set. steve

grip heaters are the s*it! i have them on my sled only problem is that on high they get to hot and make my hands sweat!

"Replace the 10watt ceramic resistor with a 5 watt resistor from Radio Shack. Leave your grip heaters on high or use a simple on/off spst switch. Much more comfortable as one setting. Low is too cold and hot is a burner. Clutch bar can be shrink tube covered or one layer of std. electrical tape works for insulation." - Don
