How to idle down my TRX450r

I need help i am a newbie in the 450r engine world and would like to learn a lot about it if you know of any sites or personal knowledge let me know.

There is a little black knob under the carb on the left side, turn it to the left and it should idle down.

This is the case with 04-05 models. The 06+ is under the gas tank on the right side.
