kick start lever 2005

ok i feel like an idiot because i've had the quad apart and back together a number of times in the last 5 years but i took apart my kick start lever the other day to replace the ball bearing and spring, and I cant figure out to get the damn thing back together. maybe its a brain fart but any help would be great

lol .. I just did one and there isn't any tricks it just takes patience, I actually had to get another kit cause the ball went flying and I couldn't find it!! I used a vice to hold the base part, then I inserted the parts held the ball with needle nose and used a small screw driver to keep pressure on the ball as my buddy was pushing on the knuckle, once its started you might have to give it a tap... it will go but its frustrating!!!
