ok i have a walsh antivibe stem i am looking all over the place and even calling walsh with no prevail. i am in need of the upper mounting plate no not the bar clamps the two pieces that will connect this stem to the frame the stock one is way to small... pm me thanks

It sounds like you have a 450r stem to me. We put a 400 stem in a 450 and had to get a thicker bushing made. I don't know if you can use 2 of the 450 clamps.
