Is there a hot start on the trx 450r 05?

I just purchased one today and one of my dads friends said they have a hot start?

And also do i need to tweak with the valves on it

Yes, they do have a hotstart. It's the lever below the clutch lever. If it's starting fine, I wouldn't worry about the valves.
