straight wire fan

I just got a 05 kick start and wanted to wire the fan to run all the time. I know I need to do something with the thermostat wire just dont know what?

Just remove it from the thermostat housing, and ground it.

i done it to mine, its good when your trail riding keeps it a tad bit cooler i think. i remember its a blue connector under the hood on the right side by your fender i cant remember which color wire it is, ill look 2m, but you just ground it to the frame and it runs all the time

I'vve got mine wired to a switch. I like it. that way i can turn it on when im riding hard or on trails and off when im just cruisin around.

Leaving it run all the time especially when it doesn't need to be running robs energy from your engine. If your engine warms up too much during slow ride, it will come on anyhow.
