Complete 450r winter rebuild

Going to start a complete rebuild on my 04 sometime soon, im going to get a +3 stroker, all new valves and springs, vortex ignition. While im in it i plan on changing all the bearings in it and getting my frame pc'ed. any suggestions on things i should do or get for this rebuild would be helpful, i will keep you guys updated with pics shortly.

Racing is going to be over for the season next saturday, so ill start the tear down then.

Im planning on doin the same after the last race of the year in two weeks lol... What color powder coat and plastic you thinkin of goin with?

Yea i was thinkin white frame but not sure if i could keep it clean? I am leanin towards a candy apple red metallic frame with white plastic? not for sure yet though?

i would like to see a pic of yours sunco if you have any. I need some good ideas since this is my first rebuild from the ground up, i usually just build my motor and put it back on and clean her lol.

im thinkin the white frame would be kinda hard to keep clear if all u did was spray it with a garden hose, but if u do that, spray the whole bike down with yield or wd-40 and it looks and shines like new.

im thinkin of doin on mine white frame with blue lowers, chrome uppers, blue swinger and red plastics. my motors in the process of gettin rebuilt now, heads over at dasa now, cant wait till its done.

ordered my crank saturday, got a +3 hotrods for 256 shipped, good deal if youi ask me. also am waiting on a reply back from pappy to get some pc work done :D im thinking about runnin hr bearings has anybody had any trouble out of them recently?
