Getting out of XC and getting into quad MX so this has to go. This bike originally belonged to Stephanie Parton, and she raced it at Powerline and The Ironman in '07. The owner previous to me bought it from her and raced it nine times, and I raced it eight times this year. I estimate it to have 50-60 hours on it. As far as I know the motor is completely stock inside, but I do not know 100% for sure. Pic shows the bike as she raced it. She removed the Custom Axis shocks, stabilizer, rear grab bar (now stock) and DWT wheels before selling it. List of current mods is as follows:
HiPer Tech 3 10" dual-beadlock rear wheels
HiPer Tech 3 10" single-beadlock front wheels
22" Razr2 fronts, 75%+ tread, one plug
20" Razr2 rears, 75%+ tread
IMS/Roll wide pegs
Rox pivoting bar riser
Flexx bars w/ home made rebound kit
BRP handguard mounts
Cycra handguards
MSR elephant ears
ODI Rouge lock-on grips w/ very little wear
Pro Armor tether
AC nerfs (could use new nets)
Pro Aluminum front bumper
YFZ carb spring mod
K&N filter
IMS clear tank w/ quick fill
Custom seat cover w/ gripper top
FMF Q4 slip-on muffler w/ spark arrestor
Sway bar safety tether
Custom adjustable upper A-arms w/ heim pivots, hand-built factory race parts, quite possibly the only set in existence. They use OEM balljoints. One was bent slightly, straightened and a gusset welded in. (Crappy weld but it does the job)
Fox Podium front shocks, re-sprung from 120# springs to 80-160# progressives w/ 60# tenders
Fox Podium X comp-adjust piggyback rear shocks, 3wt Maxima oil, revalved for slower rebound, re-sprung from 140# springs to 120# w/60# tenders
There may be a couple little tidbits I'm missing, but that's most of it. The ride of this Outlaw is amazing with just the little bit of shock tweaking that's been done. I replaced both right side CV joints and put in a glass-mat battery this spring, and also replaced all tie rod ends at various times over the summer. Brake pads are OEM Polaris sintered with one race on them. Also includes extra front and rear plastic (front good, rear cracked around the supports), an extra K&N filter, some extra front and rear sprockets, Steph's race seat (shaved about 1.75", needs cover), owner's manual, and a complete Polaris service manual. Pics are from the first race of the season so it has a few more scratches and maybe a couple more scuffs in the beadlock rings, and they also show the earlier springs and front bumper before I changed them. It will need carrier bearings in the rear during the off-season as they are starting to click a little, and one threaded preload locking ring on a front shock. No title, never had one. VIN is clearly legible. Asking $2800 OBO. For an extra $400 I will include the Rekluse Z-Start Pro clutch that I ran for four races (it's currently removed and back in the box). Rekluse not for sale separately. Quad is located in Harrisville, Michigan on Lake Huron, about three hours north of Detroit. Only trades considered would be for an '06 LTR450, possibly an MX-setup YFZ, or possibly even an aftermarket-framed MX 250R.
