ok so i got this for like 40 bucks, for my 400ex but i got it in there and had to make a modification to the spacer in the stem bearing(bottom bearing in frame) to make it fit. then i got that all done, come to find out that this stem is fatter around and wont fit in the stem mounts with the rubber piece, what do i do? fill it with rtv or silicone? or is there a spacer i can buy?

I would take it to a machinist and have a bushing made. If your going to do it do it right

that means the stems off a trx450r not a 400ex. and you got a steal on that stem if its not bent and you paid 40 bucks.
