Ive used IE, Firefox and Chrome for a while now. IE seems to be slower and allows more viruses through. Firefox seems to have a little more custom options and easier to keep track of bookmarks. Its a step up from IE in terms of safety and speed no doubt. However Google Chrome is my favorite. I really noticed a speed difference when using it, and I've yet to have that many viruses try to get through while having it open.

Just my opinion, I'd go with Chrome though.

A friend at school had it on his comp and it was insanely fast so I decided to give it a try. I do like chrome though so I use both at the same time lol.

Chrome sends information from your computer to Google.

I tried out safari last night and my comp got all goofy on me. It wouldnt redirect my emails anymore, it wouldnt open certain things, and it would not hit any links anywhere other than from the initial window. it is now gone and chrome is back on the computer. lol I had to also fix the email thing again after that so i wasnt a real happy camper to say the least lol. steve

Yeah, only about what ads they should use. It's not some "Terminator style SkyNet selfaware Google is going to kill us zomg" nonsense like you guys make it out to be.

I dont trust or like google so therefore I rather they not have any info on me. Im behind a hardware, and 2 different software firewalls among other things.
