ds 650 tach problem??

i have a 05 ds 650x with the tach, it worked the first weekend i had it. then the light would flicker on and off now it says 3 thousand rpm and thats it. it has power and a ground something else wrong or is the tach junk. if so where can i find another one, or anyone else got one for sale.

There should be another wire that runs to your ignition or something. Its how it gets the reading of the rpm's. Check that one.
