250x carb leaking

I just finished rebuilding carb to stock specs, and once I put in carb, now I have a leak out of the float bowl tube overflow. I took carb bowl off twice to recheck float needle and float, to insure I put back together correctly. Pulling my hair out!!!!! The float needle goes onto the float then into the needle housing right,then you put on the float pin. I only took apart to clean out carb,with no leaks before. I tried the new float and the old float. Please help...... Thanks ahead of time.

Fixed leaking. Found out that I did'nt tighten the fuel bowl drain screw all the way in. It was only a hair open. Now no leak, and quad runs better than before. No more bogging down. By the way my problems all started when I drove the quad through a deep water hole, and stalled out the engine. maybe I should stay out of deep water, but it's so much fun.
