i know they are not the best but are they worth it ?

They are pretty cheap for what they are. But the first time one of them breaks (which wouldn't take long if you ride hard), you would be wishing you went a different route.

im with scro, i would not run them on any of my equipment. if anything a solid spacer would a last resort to cheaper ways to widen out. steve

so whats the best thing to widen the rear

The best thing is an extended axle. It will make the quad much more stable in corners.

Longer axle, g-force makes some very nice ones (I run one) for the money and they are reliable and adjustable from a bout 2 to 4 inches (they use a steel spacer on the axle, you will see).

If you can't afford an axle, and you don't do any major jumping, the G-Force extend hubs are a cheap way to widen the rear. I run them and I am very pleased.
