ok i have a xc race in the morning and i have a 2004 trx450r and i had to replace the right side case cover it crack and u put everything back together and my frind that works on bike for a living helped so i didnt do it wrong nwo everytime i put coolant in the radiator it drains out the bottom of over flow hose right under the water pump!!!!!!!!! hellp!!!

did you remember to put a new mechanical seal on the water pump?

i did all the seals and bearing hmm do you think i could jb weld the hole so i can race????? and then take case and everything off when i get home from it tmorrow??

will this hurt anything?

dont seal up the hole, its leaking for a reason. something isnt put together right with the water pump
